A Day In Imbecile Nation

Been “out and about” a whole lot more these days, and I’ve gotten to where I just gotta take pictures of the dumbfuckery I see nearly every minute I’m out. So instead of a separate post for each, I’m going to just dump them all in a single post.

Walking by a construction site, it’s surrounded by the large ads. I thought this was so hilarious.

“Child-friendly amenities that let your children grow up in an ideal environment”

Yeah, just don’t let them out of the walls of that “ideal environment”. Then wait till the rest of the units get filled up with Filipinos. The whole damn “environment” will continue to degrade, filled with dumbshit Filipinos, and then of course they did not figure in maintenance and upkeep for the place. So give it two or 3 years and the “environment” will look just like the rest of the filthy, soot-covered, dumbshit-populated city.

Duterte on criminals: ‘Kill all of them’

Mayor Rodrigo Duterte - stupid FilipinoSo this is the stupid moron who wants to kill all criminals. He’s Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, just another Filipino idiot. He wants to just kill all criminals as a way of making his city the “safest”. Damn, I hope they at least get a trial. But all this does is show how fucking stupid and lazy Filipinos are, and how incompetent they are at law enforcement. Come to think of it, Filipinos are incompetent at pretty much everything. Don’t find ways to make your city safe with ACTUAL POLICE WORK. Just use fear tactics. How very third world.

And now the idiot public is wanting him to be President. Philippines will never rise above their mind-boggling stupidity nor will they ever learn to do things right or with any level of class or dignity. “Kill them all” sounds like a real world class way to go. Nice going idiot Duterte. What a fucking retard. You fit right in with the rest of your lazy-minded idiot kababayan.

The police department in Cebu City has decided on the fear tactic method as well. They want to reduce traffic violations; they just raise the traffic fines, yet they do not get officers out to enforce the traffic laws. Just raise fines. And that is somehow supposed to make people drive better??? What good is it if you’re not MAKING THE POLICE DO THEIR JOBS BY GOING OUT AND FIND VIOLATORS AND ISSUING FINES???? Fear tactics, but no actual police work. What morons. Typical idiotic Filipino “filogic”. Filipinos are fucking idiots on a grand scale.

Philippines traffic enforcers wear adult diapers to prevent gridlock in Manila. Stupid Filipinos

Oh wait, they did make the police actually go out and do their jobs once. It was when Pope Francis visited. Then they made them wear diapers.

Jesus on Facebook

Yes that’s right folks! Stupid Filipinos want you to know you can now issue your prayers for money to Jesus on Facebook. And that is very good news for Filipinos, since they spend most of their waking hours posting every fucking thing they do, see, eat, and watch all day long on Facebook. Now they can ask Jesus for money on Facebook too! Religion is getting so techy these days!

half-empty-fridge - CopySo I’m eating lunch out, and all of us get served warm cans of Pepsi Max, with a glass and about 2 half melted ice cubes, which completely melt the moment the warm soda hits them. And I’m sitting there looking at their refridgerator half empty, plenty of space to have put Pepsi Max in. Just more Filipino FAIL I come to expect every minute of every day when out among the moron population.

Cebu City's Tower of Death

Nearly two years ago, Cebu and Bohol experienced a deadly 7.1 magnitude earthquake. Now take a look at this tower they’re building in Cebu City. Ten dollars says they have no earthquake safety built into this building that looks like it could be blown over by a strong wind. I can certainly say I would NOT live within a mile of this building. Let this be my prediction that we’re going to see major fail of this building with the next typhoon or major earthquake that hits Cebu City.

The only reason it happens is because they are fucking brain dead idiots. You can’t fix stupid. Just the fact this shit happens gives no hope that there is any brain cell development enough to sort it out. They don’t even think anything is broken. They actually believe this is the way things should be.

Fucking hilarious. Oh do you have any idea how the world is laughing and facepalming at Philippines?

      1. Profile gravatar of Rottt

Filo, yes i do know what the world thinks and i totally agree with them. . The 99% live in denial, what we all have to go through stems from this denial. A denial that anything is wrong, which goes WAY beyond just “stupid”.

      2. Profile gravatar of FHPS

The sad fact is they are such defensive cunts they don’t realise they are idiots and what they do is mad and they have nothing better to say other than “leave” or “your banned”, “persona non grata” etc. Rather than trying to understand like normal people would .. they just think its an attack on their “filipino style”

better to sweep everything under the table and do an out of sight and out of mind mentality approach to whatever is being said to them.

Can’t fix stupid. The other day I went to National Bookstore to pick up a few things, one being a load for my wifi. So I tell the pinay I need 800 pesos Smart load simple considering the load units right? Well for us maybe but not a filipino. She leaves the register and disappears into the back somewhere only to return with a slip of paper that said 500, 200, 100 on it. She then proceeds to enter this into the register and the code for each on WHICH WAS ALREADY ON A LAMINATED PAPER NEXT TO THE REGISTER!! But what made this even funnier and mind boggling was some books she had displayed on the counter next to the register. Santiago’s
“Stupid is Forever”. The cover had Santiagos face on it with her pulling at her hair.

I never understood the point of living in this skyscrapers. You just pay a lot of money to look down on masses of poverty and filth. I lived some time in China, there at least you know in a few years your neighborhood will be equaly developt. Her the only thing sure is that your building will be run down to equal filthyness in a few years because – fuck maintanance and fuck treating things or beeings with some respect.

Yep, they just can’t have anything nice. At least for very long. They build it, and forget it, then abuse it until it looks 50 years older than it really is. It’s called “irresponsible”.

It’s what children do. Philippines is like someone put 99 million elementary children on a group of islands unsupervised, and told them to be a country and govern themselves. Philippines is what you would get.

Yo are actualy insulting many youth councils around the world. Children and teenagers who get involved politically to make the world a better place. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Youth_council

Its that the children just copy the ‘so called’ adults. And thats why things here tend to get messy and fucked up beyond repair.

You sometimes see adults scolding children here, but you never see them explaining what they did wrong and why it is wrong and what is right and why you do should do the right thing.

        Its parenting by parroting.

It’s an inability to use logic. There is no linear thinking, no critical thinking. Come to think of it, I see very little thinking PERIOD. It’s more “reacting” I guess would be the word for it.

          1. Profile gravatar of omgwtf

in this i agree totaly with you. They are reacting but not acting with a plan.

Many people here who in fact work very hard will get to nowhere despite their efforts. They just react to the most immediate and urgent needs, let me correct me, they react do the loudest needs.

Guess they never heard of Eisenhowers decision matrix and the Urgent/Important principle. Thats why even the hardestworking people here just get deeper and deeper into shit. They are in a hamster running wheel and cant escape.

          2. Profile gravatar of FHPS

Thats what i say.. its thinking in the moment… moment to moment. Theres no anticipation of what might happen and nothing thought about prevention. just do. Like the old saying they wait until they get to the bridge before they wanna cross it.

Ill give you an example of how stupid this logic is – aka filipino logic.

            I have had
            1. ex gf … male friend go to Manila. He was stuck in Manila a week. No money to return. rings for fare back.
            2. friend went on boat to dipolog .. ummm no money for fare and is harassing me asking for a boat fare back as needs to go back to work.
            3. girl goes to north of cebu. doesnt have bus fare back.
            4. girl goes from cebu city to Mactan for a job interview. she wants me to go to palawan and send her a jeepney fare and some load (its a token amount under 80p say) she sat there most of the night!! waiting. No money.

Now .. you me, blind fucking freddy would say.. if you have no money for a return fare ..DONT FUCKING GO! but these crettins will go and then worry about coming home, if they can get home or ring and cry to some foreigner on the other end of the line.

Haah I said after the 6.2 earthquake and a year later the 7.1 quake .. no way would I live in a condo tower… and they keep building and building ..
    but wait…

10 years ago i was told Cebu RARELY HAS QUAKES …
and so the building standards wouldnt have been changed would they?
I asked some foreigners that bought condos .. so … did you ever experience an earthquake … i mean you just bought a condo on floor 19, 20 somthing etc .. REPLY: “ARrrrrh.. nope. what was it like” well what the hell
im sure they would love to sell after experiencing those two quakes
and the cracking that happened in the building.
    No thanks!

    1. Profile gravatar of Captain PFB
      Captain PFB Post author

Well, I guess quakes were quite rare in the Visayas region, up until about 3 years or so ago. And ever since the 7.1 Bohol quake in Oct 2013 which caused death and destruction in Cebu, the ground really hasn’t stopped shaking since. I’ve been experiencing 1 to 4 tremors, some tiny, some fairly significant, every single month since the 7.1 quake consistently without fail.

Now this is probably a good thing, because each one of those tremors is releasing pressure. I’m no seismologist, but I have to think that there can be another big one within the next several years.

And the Filipinos have no ability of foresight or hindsight. They never learn from their past, and they cannot foresee any obvious future past the tip of their nose. They are only capable of seeing the “right here and now”. This is evident in the way they drive.

and along the same lines, gotta love the air con taxi’s with the windows up and luke warm air blasting through the vents. If I’m not in a hurry, I’ll usually back right out of a warm “air con” taxi and tell the driver to get his air con fixed, then close the door and hail another taxi.

Yeah Don, I understand completely. It is just that have a just don’t give a fuck attitude…. I was in a restaurant way back in a line in one of those Carendarias waiting to chose my food, and I saw where the trays were, but the other patrons ahead of me I guess just didn’t see them before, but they saw me get mines. But, they didn’t pick up a tray for themselves. I mean, they are getting all this food knowing there are trays, and then they have to walk back and for to the table, and it is more dangerous too with hot food… ugh. Sucks stupidity man. It is either oh my bad, but I don’t want to look stupid…. or they just want to do it the hard way, or both. I will never understand.

Oh, and as an aside, the price of what I order always seems to go down, or I order more and the price stays the same sometimes. The owner uses a calculator too… I shit you not. Shoot me dead.

    1. Theres no product mix in the condos – ideal places will mix up studios with 1 bedrooms to 2 bedrooms otherwise you get renters flooding in and thats not good for long term occupation.
    2. the sizes of the units are too small for long term occupation
    3. they advertise families in the promotional brochures yet a lot of the studios for example in the apartment building i saw were studio and no carparking – very bullshit!!!
    4. they dont have good design – poor indoor outdoor appeal and balcony space
    5. they have reliance on those shit box ac units that consume a lot of power —- and these fuckers talk about power shortages. make it mandatory to get some better standard of energy efficient appliances.
    6. they dont take advantage of views. like wtf i saw one they said they were marketing to foreigners .. ummm 20-22m2 (great for living in long term NOT) and i said hey you have a view to nothing look behind you have mountains. poorly planned you should have put the views towards the fucking mountains. foreigners would think this is shit.
7 i been to a place that had small windows in Manila … it needed the lights on inside. i looked out the window and and it had a view of Makati and Ortigas but it was such a small window up near the top of the ceiling you couldnt sit there and watch. as i said you needed the lights on —- but filipinos dont give a shit about “beauty”, nature, outlook and design. They are so “basic” .. its got 4 walls, its a room… it has 4 tyres and goes A-to-B, its a car, that sort of mentality.

    8. i asked the agents .. so you got any sales of places so i can check what sales are doing. Huh? no .. its a good investment .. i said fuckwit. got any sales. reply.. what are you a scientist.. it took me days to get council details and they said no one ever asked for this (searches from council), then i asked many agents about financing .. NO IDEA — dont worry your a froeinger you are preapproved just show your passport. lol

    9. i said those units are shit, heres why. —- oh sir we have sold a lot. i said yes to OFWs sight unseen.
i said 20m2 is unlivable for a family, long term habitation etc its bullshit. only a skunk filipino with no life and cooking boiled noodles would like to live there.

You’ll be purchasing condos soon for 30% or less of what they are selling for right now. In Manila, the glut is so bad that there are literally morons walking the streets and handing out condo sales brochures. We are now seeing offers of P1 million discount, no deposit finance, low interest or interest free loans, no repayments for two years, etc. That tells me that the top of the cycle has passed – and the number of unsold and empty condos just keeps on growing daily.

The last time that the Asian property market collapsed was in 1997. Property prices in Manila fell by up to 70% at that time. Right now, the glut of property is much worse, fueled by easy to borrow and cheap US dollars. The misallocation of resources into condos has been truly breath-taking.

Built out of shit materials, construction supervised by imbeciles, body-corps managed by fucking simpletons. What we’re going to see is some very genuine high-rise slums emerging, complete with roosters tied to the balcony and dogs in cages in the condo hallways. Its the Pinoy was to allow that sort of garbage.

At lest the next earthquake will sort some of that shit out.

I used to have a Saudi driller go on the pc and add up what he made on the Saudi Arabian stock market. I told him to bale asap. Did he listen?? No of course, I am older and what do I know, >????. So when the top of the market, a saudi prince said ”I dont think these stocks are worth it” The stocks dropped like a rock,,, Many people lost their houses.
In the USA, the politicians, banks and mortgage companies all connived to gether to drive the price up. The usa is still paying for this bubble.
Real estate bubbles are really highly debt leveraged. As you say, it is just a matter of time before the condos become like slums.

Yeah, land and house prices in Puerto Princesa have gone out of sight. Something like 16m per hectare for land and it seems pretty hard to find a house for under 6m. These aren’t even nice houses, just your typical cement and cinderblock house that is built to last 5 years. It’s just gone absolutely nuts.

I told my wife, that’s more expensive than houses cost in the USA, so I haven’t the faintest idea of who would buy properties for that kind of price.

I live in one of these 22m2 condos, and it has a cabinet built over the sink, but it extends too far over the sink. So, it makes it hard to brush teeth or do dishes without hitting your head unless you are 4 foot 9 or bend over quite a bit. I complained to the property administrator and he claimed I am too tall, and I just couldn’t make him understand. Yes, no logical thinking here. In my country, it would be the very day you collect your new car and the license plate is already there! I really can’t imagine the sheer fucking stupidity of this country. Everything here is fucked, from government agencies to private companies.

Just to mention a few shits here about these organizations and the people:
        1. Long fucking queue in every govt agencies. No efforts are made by the people heading the organization to improve the situation. They’re content with customers suffering.
        2. Telling you to go out side to make photocopies of documents when there’s a copier machine just next to them
        3. Here in Bacolod, big supermarkets like SM and Gaisano selling rotting meats and vegetables. There’s a terrible stench around the meat section. I mean what the fuck really is going on here. But the filipinos accept this as part and parcel of their lives. They don’t complain. But I do and I’d been filling out complaint forms whenever I shop there. Gaisano selling broken furniture on display and if you ask for a new set, the idiotic salesman will always tell you there’s no stock. They just want to get rid of their display sets, but at least the fuck they could do is to slashed the price of the display set, but no, they sell at the same price! What stupid moronic fucktards.

Nowadays I just laugh at their stupidity instead of getting worked and stressed up. You can’t change them. The stupidity is so embedded in their genes, that 95% of the population are stucked and trap in this dire situation.

When I showed her the sets I said why would anyone pay 25,000 pesos for beat up couch, two chairs and a table then spend 10,000 pesos to fix them? She just looked at me and said to fix them more like 20,000 pesos. I have seen furniture in better condition sitting on a front porch in Deliverance.

This people can spend a fortune trying to make a fortune. Instead of researching and looking for the bad things.
My apologies to Forest Gump.. At least he persevered in his life. A flip just has the attention span of a snail. Screw up one thing,, onto to another screwup

LIES – you want one of the BIGGEST LIES out … its “Cebus Beaches’

Many people arriving in Cebu go to Cebu City. They are drawn by the marketing about Cebu’s beaches. I have been often told by people that have never been to Cebu — you are living in a tourist area, etc “i dont like beaches” and other comments that seem to indicate they think Cebu City is — well, on a tropical island, a city fronted by a beach with swaying palms, white sand, kicking back on a deck chair with cocktails or surfing and girls in bikinis running around.

Whoa! its fucking bullshit. Its the biggest load of marketing mistruth that could be out there.
Realestate agents advertise projects saying Cebu… Queen City of the South (Drag Queen?) live here with Cebu’s world class beaches ..Foreigners are coming to live here (in this condo) and come for the great beaches….blah blah blah … what bullshit.

    Look at the facts.
    1. Most of the beaches around Cebu city are rock. Yep, from volcanic activity and reefs years ago. theres pollution and trash or BLACK SAND.
    2. This stretches up past CATMON to the north (you need to drive 4 hours to get to a decent beach to the north)
    3. To the south you need to go at least 3 hours to get to a decent beach
    4. or catch a 2 hour ferry to Panglao — to Bohol

    Whats close then?
Mactan — yup .. MAN MADE, TRUCKED IN SAND …
and you have to pay to go to the beach
Places like shangri la hotel in Mactan charge around 1700-2000 pesos where you have to buy a package to go and swim there
the other beaches are natural…. yup, natural rock. You still have a pay a small fee but its where the locals go.

So its all a BIG FUCKING LIE
Why would you live in Cebu City and spend
4 hours driving each weekend for a swim???
navigating the traffic through mandaue that is going north
or bogged in traffic going south to Talisay city and beyond

As a beach love you’d soon give that up

I went to some of the beaches and im swimming around plastic bags, cans,
small satchet packets of coffee, hair shampoo etc and people are raving about these places?
Filipinos see the beach as nothing – just something food comes from
they really don’t have any sense of “beauty”
The only reason some places in the Philippines keep beaches clean(er) is it attracts
    tourists …and tourists = money
