In Light of the Singapore “Hate Blog” Against Filipinos

So the big news going on in Philippines right now is about the Singapore “hate blog” which allegedly advocated and encouraged discrimination or unfair treatment of Filipinos in Singapore.

The Philippine embassy has urged Singaporean authorities to take action against the blogger.”

I have to say that if that blogger was instigating or encouraging unfair or discriminatory treatment of anyone in Singapore, and if it violates Singapore law, then I guess there is some basis for action against the blogger.

But isn’t it ironic how so many blogs and other stuff on the internet speaks of the appalling behavior and stupidity of the Filipino where ever they may be? Has anyone considered the possibility that MILLIONS OF PEOPLE WHO DEAL WITH FILIPINOS AND END UP FORMING THE OPINION THAT THEY ARE STUPID AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED might just be true? If something is true, and you say it’s true, how is that “hate speech”??

Philippine Fail Blog does not advocate anything towards the Filipino people other than TO WAKE UP, STOP BEING SO FUCKING CORRUPT AND STUPID, AND START TO IMPROVE YOUR LIVES!!!

Philippine Fail Blog is here as a venue for people to share their experience of living in Philippines as it relates to the rest of the world. And if Philippines attempts to shut our mouths, it is obvious they simply want to continue working on keeping the cold hard truth about their culture of stupidity, ignorance, and corruption from getting out while they continue to try to give the impression they are so wonderful and the best at everything.

Philippine Fail Blog does NOT advocate violence, unfair treatment, or discrimination against any Filipino. The sad truth is, Filipinos commit ENOUGH discrimination, unfair treatment, and violence against themselves in their own country through their policies, laws, and everyday behavior. They certainly do NOT need any help from anyone in that area.

Philippine Fail Blog is primarily a community site, authored by many non-Filipinos, sharing REAL and TRUE experiences of our time spent in Philippines. Philippine Fail Blog is not a “Hate Blog” or “Hate Speech”. It’s just truth speech by way of sharing experiences, and expressing opinions based on experiences dealing with the overwhelmingly vast majority of Filipino natives, their policies, laws, and widespread corruption (which Philippines is known by within the world community).

If Philippines wants to continue to encourage the shutting down of sites that reveal the TRUE NATURE of the Filipino, instead of looking within, seeing and recognizing the mindset, attitudes, and crab mentality that make people put up blogs like this, instead of making a change to improve their situation, and simply choose to become disgruntled and try to silence the truth about themselves. Then they will be fighting to have blogs like these shut down for the rest of eternity. Because Filipino stupidity is on a level that is so mind-blowing and unbelievable, people JUST NEED TO VENT THEIR FRUSTRATIONS WITH THE IDIOTS.

If Philippines wants people to stop calling them stupid, corrupt, idiots, morons, imbeciles, brainless, incompetent, incapable…etc,  They are going about trying to stop it the VERY WRONG WAY.

I would suggest to Philippines that you simply work on becoming a nation of people who are NOT stupid, corrupt, idiots, morons, imbeciles, brainless, incompetent, incapable…etc. I suggest you take a deep hard look at yourselves and ask yourselves why the world thinks you’re so fucking stupid, and why blogs and comments and online chatter is everywhere about Filipino stupidity. Consider the world JUST MAY BE RIGHT ABOUT YOU!!!

The Filipino wants to continue to behave badly, and if anyone speaks out against their bad behavior, they want to “take action against you” as if you have infringed on their right to be corrupt and stupid.

If you are undeniably stupid, and you do things and behave in ways which are unquestionably stupid, IT IS NOT HATE SPEECH to say so. It is simply speaking TRUTH.

Admittedly, some of the points in the blog were harsh. But the reaction from the Pinoys, as ever is over the top.

Singapore is actually a very unique case with regards to Pinoy influence. in most other countries, OFW’s keep their heads down, however in Singapore, they act assertive and arrogant which causes a lot of ire among native Singaporeans
    1) Pinoys will never tire of telling you how they are hired in Singapore because they are good in English. The reality is they are hired because they are much cheaper
    2) Unlike in Middle east where Pinoys are almost exclusively in jobs that do not require them to manage/recruit, in Singapore many middle mgmt type jobs have been filled with Pinoys, leading to a predictable situation where they hire their own and there is no accountability due to a clan mentality.
    3) Some Pinoys (and mainland Chinese for that matter) speak loudly in public and offend Singaporean sensibilities by shouting insides buses, breaking queues and shoving, bribing and so on. Of course it is the Singaporean’s fault for not respecting Pinoy culture

I imagine the ofw pinoys in singapore do the same shit they are doing in their own country.

-Walking to the front of the line
-taking up 2 lanes while driving
-taking up what little space there is in a passageway or hallway with no regards to others moving the opposite direction. Or doing the above and walking like a tortoise causing congestion. You could say they drive the same way they walk.
-#pogimatters, not surprised, but i guess that means all full blooded pinoys never get hired, all the half-pinoy half-something else gets hired.
-They pocket up to 60% of money intended for company affairs. I gave one of our local lawyers 10,000 php for notary and official documentation fees. When I asked him to pay for something using that reserve money, he said “oh can i borrow X amount? i only have 4,000 on hand” WTFWTF. This was just yesterday too.
-When they walk around with umbrellas open on beautiful sunny days, they don’t pay attention to other people around them. They tend to to slam that shit in the faces of other pinoys, while foreigners will put a arm up to block the impact from their face and even their eyes, then umbrella pinoy will get a pissy. Ignorance is bliss.
      -Overcharging for “new customers”
-List every post on this blog and i bet Singaporeans are dealing and fed up with the same exact shit.

Fair comment, Maamsir. I have seen first hand the pinays in Singapore, you can’t move in some malls for them on Sundays. All gathered in groups at Starbucks holding chismis/prayer meetings, texting away like mad while someone reads from the Bible. Then they push in front of you, something Singaporeans despise. Of late, Indonesian maids are taking more of the domestic jobs as they are cheaper still.

I am against the exploitation of anyone, just as is FiloFail and no doubt anyone who is decent. I disagree though that ‘truth’ and ‘hate speech’ are mutually exclusive. Just because it is true doesn’t mean the intent is not to incite hatred, vilification and so on. Perhaps having a moan is dealing with it, albeit in a different way to accepting the blogger’s right to free speech. But that opens another can of worms; should people be allowed to say whatever they wish? Legally, no, as defamation can be proven even if what was said is true. Your reputation can be defamed with the truth and if you suffer because of this you may be able to win the case. Not on the old grounds of libel or slander, which required the words to be untruthful, but the new laws of defamation that have in many jurisdictions, replaced the old ones. The onus of proof is that you have suffered because of what was said or written.

I do agree with FiloFail that the Filipino should look within and change their behaviour but we all know that isn’t going to happen. After all, they can do as they please then get forgiven with a mumble and a few peso slipped in the collection box.

Dumbfuck Filipinos do not need any help from any website to ruin their reputation or defame themselves. They do a fine job of that all on their own.

But let me ask you this, is expressing opinion inciting hatred? If my son is behaving in a way that is damaging to himself, and I express my opinion publicly that his stupidity will cause his demise, he can sue me?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

      I disagree CebuBear. Strongly.

So people should be able to behave badly, and not be talked about and have people warn others of his bad behavior????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

So let’s say I do something really stupid, like smack a child in the head. I didn’t think anyone was watching me smack a child in the head. But there was, and he blogged it.

Investigation happens, it’s been determined to be true. My reputation as a child care specialist is ruined. I cannot be trusted to care properly for children anymore because someone saw me smack a child in the head and blogged it.

I’m ruined. But not totally. I can now sue the guy the saw me and wrote about it, which instigated an investigation into the matter, then tried and convicted.

But it’s all the blogger’s fault. I can sue him now and win.

maybe 10 times a year theres always something on the news of some child caretaker abusing an infant or adolescent on a hidden camera.

Not just mere hitting or slapping, what i see is fucking near suffocation and picking the infant up and dropping him or her 2-3 feet from the air into the ground.

OFW pinoy care takers are probably doing this in singapore. lolz.

Several months back there was a TV advertisement shown in Hong Kong for a local bank that was none to flattering toward Filipinos.
It has been removed after some protest. Far as I know no Governments were involved in it’s removal.

It still can be seen on youtube. [youtube

IMHO pinoys are not shy about discrimination toward many others, but sure can’t take it when directed back at them. Wounded pinoy pride??.
    Truth hurts sometimes.

All people have flaws where ever they may come from and whatever color there skin happen to be.
It’s what one does or does not do to try to better themselves is what matters.
Just a good hard honest look in the mirror can do wonders sometimes.

Filipino infestation in Singapore-5 point guide to showing displeasure without breaking the law
Yes the Filipinos have long overstayed their welcome, and they must be advised in no less clearer terms that we are growing intolerant of their presence. Then again, let’s do this through largely “peaceful”, non criminal means. We recommend pissing them off in the following ways:

      1. Reject, and ask for replacement

If you encounter a Pinoy waiter/waitress or customer service officer, tell them this: ” Could you kindly ask a Singaporean staff to speak to me? Your standard of English-there is much left to be desired.” If the idiot continues rambling on, tell him/her with a smile:” Your English sucks, capisce? Get the fuck out of my uncaring face and find me someone else pronto.”

      2. Step on ’em, push or shove’em

When the Peenoise get rowdy or obviously do not observe basic social decorum, a little “nudge” in the right direction won’t harm. Just make it look accidental. Pump your fist in victory later when they are out of your sight. We understand sometimes they just don’t get it, so a little more force must be employed. Like what this unsung hero did: This morning at Bishan Circle Line MRT I pushed a Pinoy out of the train before door closes.

      3. Create an artistic mess on your plate when dining at Jolibee

Or any other Filipino themed restaurant/ food outlet. Toss food into your mouth, chew thoroughly, then spit it out. Bite another morsel and repeat. Do this till your plate is a masterpiece of regurgitated nastiness. Ask for the bill (pay in cash), scribble “Pinoy food fucking tastes like shit” on the receipt and remember to leave that piece of paper behind.

      4. Never render help when Filipinos are involved in serious traffic accidents

Stand on the side with your arms folded across your chest, peering curiously at the bloody setpiece. Do not call the ambulance. But you have our permission to take photographs so they can be tweeted later with the caption: Hopefully another Pinoy has breathed his last on the little red dot. RIP.NOT.

      5. Pray for a flood of blibical proportions to descend upon Orchard Road on 8 June

Go to the nearest church and pray. Pray hard for divine intervention aloud. Make sure God (and the Pinoy sitting next to you on the same bench) hears every word.
There will be no Noah’s Ark to save the partying Filipino motherfuckers when hell breaks loose, because Noah sure ain’t Pinoy when we last checked. Let’s watch them drown whilst eating popcorn on our HD TVs.

Edit: The event to celebrate Pinoy National Day has been called off. Glory to Jesus ! A-fucking-MEN!

      6. ( bonus point) Actually this is our favourite. If you see a Pinoy cashier at NTUC, Cold Storage or Giant, throw a can of Baygon into your shopping before approaching him/her to make payment. When the cashier picks up the insecticide spray ready to do a barcode scan, ask him/her wryly: ” Is this effective against Filipinos? Sorry, I meant cockroaches. “

Now I see why google removed the blog. There is a difference between talking about their stupidity, and inciting generalized cruel and offensive behavior towards them. If I ever stoop to the point of the latter, it’s time to leave this country.

Yea, the blogger from Singapore is taking it to new levels. No need to stoop to a lower level when trying to get your point across. I don’t care how many blank stares you get, if someone is in an accident and needs help, definitely try to help out.

As a frequent visitor to Singapore, I laughed when I read the story about picnics on Orchard Road. I’ve observed Pinoys doing this many, many times. There are numerous Pinoy hangouts along Orchard Road, complete with foul smelling Pinoy eateries. I avoid them like the plague. As usual, Pinoy lack of consideration for others is key in pulling this stunt off. They just don’t give a fuck that they are obstructing a public footpath on Singapore’s busiest road. All that matters is that they get to do their own thing.

Mercifully, I haven’t seen any of them pissing on Orchard Road, probably because laws in Singapore tend to be enforced, and they’d be fined for their filthy conduct. Pinoys in Singapore set themselves up for the local abuse that they get, primarily because they refuse to respect (or even acknowledge) local customs. They just carry on with their Pinoy ways, oblivious of how unacceptable their selfish, childish behavior is in much of the civilized world. They’ll never learn.

Filipino shit-for-brains claim to be the most respectful idiots on earth. I had a run-in with an employee who I’ve been warning about his attempted manipulation of my system that bottom-god-damned-fucking-line, I don’t give a rat’s fucking ass about your personal finances or problems. I am not your friend, I am your employer. And if you are a benefit to my company, and you help my company earn profits, you stay. If you manipulate my commissions system and whine about your rent being due and expect me to GIVE A FUCK, you go.

I’m not your friend, I’m not a charity. You are here to serve the company and it’s interests, and I pay you the AGREED commissions and salaries to FUCKING UNDERSTAND THE INTERESTS OF THE COMPANY AND BE AN ASSET TO IT. And it will be a cold mother fucking day in hell when it’s the other way around dumbfuck.

I am here to help you succeed in doing so. But if you think I’m going to LOSE money because you think you formed a strategy that manipulates my system and that serves ONLY you, you will be whining to someone else about your rent shithead. MAYBE THEY WILL LISTEN.

So be the respectful idiot you claim to be and try to get it through your thick fucking skull that business is business. It’s not charity. I pay a BETTER than average salary, and LUCRATIVE commissions. But because you MISMANAGE your money and can’t pay rent, PLEASE STOP MISTAKING ME FOR SOMEONE WHO GIVES A RAT’S ASS, AND HAVE SOME RESPECT!!!!

I wonder how Philippines reacted when one of their own threatens to KILL other nationals? I think I’m not wrong when I say they didn’t react!

Singaporeans should demand legal action against this guy, closure of his FB account and official apology to all Singaporeans from Philippines government. (Yes I know pinoys would never apology, but at least rest of the world would see again their true nature)

I also don’t understand why Hong Kong and Singapore cannot just clean the streets when the immigrant masses take them over and ruin everyone’s day. I’ve seen what parasite immigrants can do for a country and it’s not nice to follow.

“we Filipinos treat foreigners in our country like Gods and we never embarrass them. We are hospitable people are will always be the country of smiles.”

Here is the Beatles own Words and how they barely got out alive.

Yep, The Beatles swore they would never go back to Philippines, ever. They were treated like shit after Imelda Marcos demanded they entertain at a special party for her. The Beatles kindly explained that it was their day off, and they need to have rest. Imelda would not accept their no for an answer. She arranged the party, and sat there and watched the Beatles NOT show up.

They were, at that point, treated like “ordinary citizens”, shoved around, and nearly escaped with their lives.

This is from an article in one of their so called newspapers. posted jan 19 2014.

Headline says : Philippines police urged to respect foreigners

    then goes on…
Manila: The Philippines immigrations office has issued an appeal to local law enforcers to respect foreigners after a top official said good treatment of visitors is necessary for Filipinos to be treated well abroad.

Immigration Commissioner Siegfred Mison said that Filipinos must set an example on respecting the tourists, to be treated well in other countries.

So they dont feel you should treat others well just for being good. no, no, no !
We pinoys treat the visitors nice, because otherwise we might get mistreated !

Unfortunately that will never happen. We foreigners are like shiny new toy that keep them entertained a while. Once they have shown us to everyone, sucked us dry from funds they’ll get bored and don’t bother to hide their true intentions anymore.

But now that they ask to treat us better, let’s hope they extend it to traffic as well.

I was today in Pasao de Roxas (PR) – Gil Puyat ave. (GP) intersection and not a single car turning right (from PR to GP) stopped in the red light and there were more than twenty that passed me.

Absolutely nothing, no red light, no big sign “no right turn on red light” nor traffic from hydra St. or GP mattered to any of those shit brains. One jeepney even took counterflow lane to pass the queue and turned right beating the red light. What the hell is wrong with this people, why they cannot follow simple rules like “do not put other people’s life in danger”?

I’ve been in that intersection quite a few times and people get really pissed off when I obey the traffic rule and don’t run through the red light. Sometimes they pass me from any side and give those crazy dog stares.

I remember being at that intersection about eight weeks ago, when it was in complete gridlock. The Pinoy dumbfucks had (of course) driven into the oncoming lanes in such numbers, that the intersection could no longer move at all. What did the dumbfucks do? Started honking their horns and shouting at each other – all the while trying to force their way through to be “first” out of the gridlock they’d created. I got out of the taxi I was in, and walked down to Edsa to catch another taxi. Figured it was the only way I’d ever get home. Such moronic cunts!

awkwardly priced documentation fees. 800 pesos for 1 piece of paper going up to 2,000. When i asked if theres a placard listing these prices. there are none to be found and i don’t pay the money to the cashier or treasury located in a different room or line. i pay it straight to the person handling my documents. Fishy? corrupt? yes. it is. They see my white skin so that gives them the right to charge what the average pinoy makes in 2 days or a month for one piece of paper.

I leave the desk, go to another line and theres the same fee but it tend to be a variety in price depending on the clerk. Whether its city hall or DFA. Corruption at every level of government. Where do i report this shit.

Bogus papers that will cost you and it turns out you either never needed the paper or the information written by the government offical on the paper is invalid or incomplete which forces you to go back to square A and start over by this point the original government official you were dealing with is nowhere to be found.

A recent incident in Dubai exhibited the sort of Pinoy behavior that may make the hated Singapore.
In public subways in Dubai, most commuters are chaotic and show no respect for queues or give preference to pregnant women or seniors. At any one time, 50% of the commuters are Pinoys though they form only ~15% of the total population

So a man pushes a stroller with a baby in it and then knocks down a small girl because he is in a hurry. The livid mother stops the man and asks him to apologize, he was a Pinoy, any guesses as to what his response was ?

Had these Filipinos not be arrogant, behaving themselves in the land of others, there won’t be such hate blogs or issues. They need to understand (too dumb to even do that) that they need to blend in and be accepted by the locals instead of throwing their weights around and expect the locals to blend into their culture.

They cluck too much, too loudly and sometimes in their lousiest American accent. They think they are God’s gift so they are allowed to sing Celine Dion at the top of their voice until the cows come home. When you live in Singapore, Orchard road literally transform into Philippines over the weekends and you don’t even need a ticket!

The pinoys I work with in my current office are all free loaders. When it’s free, they are 1st in the queue, when they need to pay, you can never find them. They will eat your food and just leave a piece lying around because they are too lazy and selfish to throw any empty boxes. In my last company, we have so many Filipinas that I swear I thought monkeys were living in the ladies’ washroom.

When it comes to work, they procrastinate and lie. They will pretend to know what you are talking but do it wrongly, when you point out their mistakes they will turn around and put all the blame on you or find something or someone else to blame, probably it’s God’s will like they love it.

When it comes to money, you never go between it with a Filipinas. She will rip your heart out just for her missing 1 cent but when you are the person the with the missing money, they will feign ignorant because it’s already in their pocket. They are the top notch back stabbers as well, I wonder where they buy their blades?

Too many stories of these people that make me cringe just thinking about it.

The Mainland Chinese may pose another set of problem but nothing beats the Filipinos.

Filipinos are generally disrespectful and even I think they do deserve some bashing once in a while for threatening to take over our country, demeaning the locals, trying to infest us with their parasite culture.

One time, after spending a few months in the PI, I went through immigration on my way out.

The immigtation officer lady said I have to pay an exit fee.

Went to the fee window and asked how much? 5500 said the guy. “Where is that price listed?” I asked. Blank face. “Too much” I said. “Go and ask the immigration officer” he said. I ask the woman who tells me to go back to the man behind the window. “3500 pesos” he says. “Too much” I say. Saw the lady again and returned to the window. “2500” the man said. “Deal.” was my reply. Well it was the cheapest of the 3 quotations.

I bump into a Kano who has been asked to pay thousands for his exit fee to the man behind the window. Guess what? He doesnt have the cash on him and he tells me he’s missed his flight to Hawaii because of it.

Strangely, there is no list of exit fee prices to be seen anywhere. I wonder where all that money goes….

They have all kinds of tricks, e.g. i heard that if you’re exempt from Travel Tax, they will try to tell you that the exemption only applies for people who purchased their ticket on the counter (why?). I suppose that if you pay, they will still make a cross with “exempt” on their paper and put the money in their own pocket.
