PFB Discovers FPD

In a recent comment on PFB distinguished member FHPS has actually recognized (unknowingly) a fifth entry that belongs in Cluster B. I think it our civic duty to document and forward our findings to the APA.

FPD (Flip Personality Disorder)
Signs of FPD:

  • Lacks empathy
  • Does not recognize personal boundaries of others
  • Blame Shift
  • Unreliable
  • Sees Facebook as reality
  • Blank stare
  • Distorts facts
  • Controlling
  • Can not admit mistakes
  • Provokes others then blames them for fights
  • Bullying
  • Intimidation
  • Acts on impulsive urges
  • Reckless disregard for others
  • Lacks remorse
  • Accepts little or no responsibility for their actions
  • Drama queens
  • Sense of entitlement
  • Status seeking
  • Requires a lot of admiration from other people (See Facebook above)
  • Manipulative
  • Intense and unstable emotions and moods
  • Negative risk taking (No gain possible, high level of loss possible/probable)
  • Sees things as black and white
  • Gas-lighting
  • Denial, even when faced with incontrovertible facts
  • Irresponsible with money
  • Money (see sense of entitlement)
  • Unusual animal cruelty seen as entertainment, enjoyable, even anticipated with sense of excitement.
  • Tendency to deflect by telling target they are making them feel small if target should defend their boundaries.
  • Religious impunity

Ok, I started the list, can you guys help complete it for submission to the APA? Also needed is a list of symptoms/feelings endured by those who are involved or have been involved with a person with FPD.

I’ll start:
Symptoms of FPD Abuse/Exposure
Feeling you’re with an emotional vampire (because you are).
Feelings of being used (because you are).
Feelings of being driven insane (because you are).

Reverting to child like behavior by doing the following acts when mad, cornered, confused or wrong:
1.) Slam doors, dishes and such.
2.) Sassing and mocking using baby talk.
    3.) Name calling.
    4.) Insults.

Then when they settle down act like they did nothing wrong.

“2.) Sassing and mocking using baby talk.”, I am not sure if this is the same or two different phenomena. But what I have seen doesn’t look like mocking. I have seen them morph into children, not only in voice and words, but also body language and physical attributes. But with limited exposure, I have only seen this severe of a case once and it does require confirmation of being more prevalent.

Massive tampo, sulks, gives silent treatment when admonished for their behavior, no matter how gentle you pointed out their errors. Then spreads lies and mis truth about you, playing the underdog, distorting the real issue, pointing the problem at you even though you are the aggrieved party.

    GREED! GREED! GREED! Unquenchable greed!

1: Ritual child abuse: Mutilating the genitals of young boys then calling them “men” (tuli)

2: Teasing and shaming those who do not follow what you and your peers do (especially with regard to #1)

3: “Crab mentality”: dragging down anyone who might appear to be better or more successful than you.

And the list of FPD symptoms goes on and on…endlessly….

Amazing list! I’ll see in more detail if anything to add but I want to use a well known expression “not all Filipino are like that sir” 🙂 (I heard that expression a million times)

Even more cringing are the fans out there on fb forums …foreigners that come here ..and know everything after 2 months and defend their stupid ways
And say in glowing terms how they love the Philippines.. Filipinos kind and friendly and that most EXPATS are nasty and negative towards Filipinos and degrading them..
. ummmmm there might be reason for that?

    A few more:
    1. Plagiarize a whole speech or book a la Senator Sotto. Give no credit to the real authors and interpret the writings incorrectly.

    2. Try to cheat a relative of a valuable property by trying using a 3rd person to act as the straw man.

    3. A lazy guy having his common law wife be a prostitute for few nights a month, so he doesn’t have to work.

Just came across this, like so what…………., the whole country is eligible for an annulment.

“The court cited the results of an examination by a clinical psychologist who found Rodrigo unable to “remain committed to a person or a relationship.” He carries a “gross indifference to others’ needs and feelings, heightened by lack of capacity for remorse and guilt.”

And this is news because………………. ?

Worse, parents who prostitute their teenaged kids to foreigners because they are too lazy or stupid to work on their dreams, relying on that child to get them out of poverty.

Sarah- I have lived in this country for a long time (20 plus years) and have seen things that make angry. Many people know it’s going on and the enablers are many times are Filipinos also. There’s this cultural thing to ignore these evil and egregious problems and say it’s a family matter. BULL SH*T! There’s also many Filipino Males that are constant consumers. This is one part of this evil trade that Filipinos like to ignore and kick it underneath the rug.
There are the foreign component that is evil and can’t understate this group. From being the ones running the clubs or being the consumers, there’s a MASSIVE Problem. In the U.S., we have tried to do something about this, but we still have bad people traveling to this country and that have caused horrible physical and psychological damage.
I wish the Philippines had sex offender law that both label Filipinos and Foreigners for sexually abusing trafficked people, BUT it won’t happen. Some Politicians have connection with people whose livelihood is involved in sex tourism one way or another. There’s also the school’s that accept this dirty money to set up centers. One bad example was at my alma mater, Silliman University, and it’s computer center.
My #3 Comment wasn’t just a smart Aleck answer and casting aspersions. My late legal wife’s (US-RP Dual Citizen) Eldest Son Common Law Wife, whom he has 3 children (One son and 2 daughters) has her do what I said. That lazy F*CK allows this to happen and this sh*thead drinks lots of Tanduay and San Miguel.
Yes, sadly, what you said is correct,” Worse, parents who prostitute their teenaged kids to foreigners because they are too lazy or stupid to work with their dreams, relying on that child to get them out of poverty. “
